We are pleased to welcome Professor Carsten Anckar from Åbo Akademi University to give his presentation at the General research seminar for political scientists at Åbo Akademi University.

Professor Anckar will be presenting a paper titled “Are Popularly Elected Presidents Always Powerful? A Historical Assessment of Semi-Presidentialism”.
